We have transitioned to a new checkout system. CHECKOUT will start this Friday and the hours for this semester are:

Tuesday 9-4pm
Friday 9-4pm

***All equipment is due back at 3pm on the day it is due

Sign-in is now with your VCU ID.

How to make an equipment reservation:

Sign-in

Select Equipment from left menu

Search for item (either directly or by category)

Select Item

Click Reserve (at bottom of page)

Agree to the disclaimer

Select Time

Click Complete Reservation!

How to reserve a printer or studio:

Sign-in

Select Facilities from left menu

Search for printer or studio (either directly or by category)

Select printer or studio

Click Reserve (at bottom of page)

 

Select Date and Time

Select length of reservation

Click Complete Reservation!
